Chapter 6: Everyone in Silla-Tierra

Zuphixy was surprised to find that he was in the detective office with living wheelchairs all around him. Now at this time he didn't know that anyone else from his family was in Silla-Tierra. There was so much work given to him by the living wheelchairs, that he had no time to even think about his family. One job given to him was to investigate the fires that the Ear Men had started. Zuphixy thought at first it was an old report, from the time his son had started fires as a rebellion act.

As that was going on, Purpleten found herself also in silla-Tierra. For her, it was a good surprise. She felt more free to leave her house now that she had turned into a living wheelchair again. At first she was shocked not to be pregnant anymore. After thinking things through she remembered Silla-Tierra’s time was faster.

Just then Zoofixy Jr. walked in the room and was shocked to see his mother there. He was not expecting her to be in Silla-Tierra. ”Your father and I have been looking for you in the real world!” , Purpleten said.

Zoofixy Jr responded, “Yes I've been here with Grandpa for about a week now. He told me that he has been the mayor here for two days before I got here”

“Grandpa’s here too!? We've been looking for him!” Purpleten exclaimed in shock. Zoofixy Jr. responded, “I will go let him know you are here.”

Purpleten said “No he is busy at work, don't disturb him at work!”

Zoofixy Jr. left the house and wheeled himself to the mayor office without telling his mother where he was going. He decided to take a longer way to the office, so that his mom would not know where he was going. On his way there he saw more homes that the Ear men had knocked down. He used this information as a reason to update the mayor so technically he's not disobeying his mother. While he was Wheeling through town Zoofixy Jr. had found some leaves which for him is what a human would consider a chocolate bar.

In another part of the city, Zuphixy went to the mayor, not knowing it was his father. He went there for more information on the fires, only to learn that the mayor was new to the job. So the Mayor knew less than he did. Zuphixy had a strange feeling about the mayor. The mayor sounded like his dad, but looked nothing like him.

Just then, Zoofixy Jr. entered the office and bumped into his dad. But he was so focused on letting everybody know how many houses were destroyed, that he didn't realize who he ran into was his father.

Zuphixy, hearing the news his son just said, went with him to check the destroyed houses. He used his detective skills and found out that the houses that were destroyed had belonged to living wheelchairs that had moved away because they were fearful of the Ear Men years ago.

Purpleten went to get some food for everyone. On her way back she saw the shadow of what she assumed was an Ear Man. Then she heard it talk and was surprised to hear it sounded like her husband, Zuphixy. Until then she did not know he had come to Silla-Tierra. Now the wheelchairs eat different food then humans, so she did not have anything that Zuphixy could eat.

Now Poupleten had a bag full of leaves with trunks of trees on top and you might wonder why she has them. A tree trunk is like some broccoli for living wheelchairs. Also in her bag was a bottle of what looked like oil that you grease a wheelchair with to make the wheel stop squeaking, but for her that was a drink that you must drink to keep healthy.

Unlike the first time he came when she was ten wheels old, this time she went and found some food he could have. Poupleten gave the bag of food she had to Zuphixy and said “I’ll go see if I can find something for you to eat because I know you don't eat this food!” She had decided to celebrate that everyone was together again. So she got Zuphixy some party food that he could have. Little did she know what the ear men have been doing.
